Have you noticed POTR sounds like Potter?

You know something, I didn't. To me, it was more like Lord of the Rings LOTR. Man, that's interesting. :)) Lots of ties to my roots, that's for sure.

Aww! I'm sorry you're not feeling well, I'm enjoying this story a lot. Take care. I remember what my grandma told me: BRAT - Banana, Rice, Applesauce, Toast. <3

yaaay :) I was in Berlin for a couple of weeks and didn't have time for internet and guess how surprised I was, when I decided to reread 'Becoming familiar' one more time and I saw a new story... I absolutely love it, cuz hgss will forever be my fav. couple, but Dahlia and Arithmus are actually really interesting and I want to learn more about them :) can't wait for the novel! anyway, thanks for this last story, Ruth, it's great 'till now and I'm sure it will turn out brilliantly!

It sounds as if old Sev might actually like Artimus or he's learning to respect him at least. Oh lemonade? Where art thou lemonade? Kidding :) It's just when I hear references such as "elephant trunk" ... I start to salivate. Nice chapter :)

I LOVE this story! I'm so happy to see these two worlds collide. I never would have thought to do it, but I think it's going to be very rich, indeed. :o)

great lemons as always, but I have to say... when I read 'Headmaster' I saw Albus in front of my eyes and it kinda killed the moment :) I can't get used to the thought of Severus being the headmaster :)

DeChagny: You saw Albus??? lololol. I'm sorry for laughing. I feel for you, I do. lol. That's just creepy. I'm so sorry but you know Snape did serve as Headmaster once so there's a precedent for it. Poor baby. :::patting D sympathetically::: Hopefully you'll get used to it and soon. :::shudders::::

nicely done Miss Figg. Different dynamic between Snape and Hermione, but interesting just the same. Especially the hang-up he has. I can see him possibly being influenced negatively by the revels. I wonder if he participated in the acts?

*Sigh* That was a wonderful chapter. Not only did we get the lemon, we got a bit of sugar with it. How nice for our potions master to have someone love him and accept him like Hermione does. What a wonderful bit of romance writing. Thank you. :)

will the two ladies bond? will they fight together? will the clerics find out about hogwarts and decide to wage a greater war?

Carrie: Thank you for enjoying the chapter. We needed to see the connection they felt for each other, especially since the story began with them already romantically involved. Like I always say, women need more when it comes to erotica, not blow by blow descriptions. They need to see, and not to sound corny . . . the heart. A truly sexy man is one who can feel. We love Severus in these stories because he's always on a journey learning to feel, at least in the ones where he and Hermione fall in love. He's still very physical, and as far as I can see in the context of the story so far, he hasn't yet stated his love, only shown it in the way he treasures Hermione, his actions in private. Of course, this is going to have to change. :) But I was going for romance definitely. It's nice to see it did transfer to the page. Thanks again. ***

I was scrolling down and caught something a reviewer wrote. No, POTR doesn't sound anything like HP. First, it has way more rules. Second, their magic is completely different and third, it has a faith-based historical overtone. About the only thing they have in common are "wands" and as much as I respect JKR, she didn't event that idea. Anyway, great plot = great story and great sex = great chapter!

FFFW: You know, when I wrote my first drafts of the story and shared them with two of my friends, critical friends . . . lol . . . I had used "dowels" instead of "wands." They both hated it and said in essence what you did, JKR has no monopoly on wands, so I changed it.

Ms Figg that had to be, of all of your writings, by far the sweetest coupling of Severus and Hermione. It gave me goose bumps. Now, bring on the male bonding.

I was wondering how the clerics would be accessed. What will happen once Steede has recovered? Will they continue to stay on at Hogwarts?
